How it Works

The Format and a few Practicalities

We begin with a short diagnostic call to understand your situation and define the desired outcomes. The core of the program is a half-day or full-day team session—on-site or online, in English or German—where we equip your team with practical, science-based tools to regulate mind, emotions, and nervous system in order to create more clarity, stability, and sustainable performance. Optional follow-ups and/or 1:1 coachings help ensure integration and sustained progress. Suitable for teams of 3–12 participants and tailored to your specific context.

The curriculum includes, but is not limited to:

  • Simple and practical meditation techniques to recenter
  • Fundamental mindfulness practices to reflect
  • Effective breathing techniques to regulate the nervous-system
  • The principle and application of detached involvement
  • Development of a new, supportive mindset

With over 10,000 hours of coaching experience and a deep understanding of human conditioning, behavioural patterns, and relationship dynamics, I work with teams on a level far beyond standard facilitation.
