How it Works

The Format and a few Practicalities

We begin with a short diagnostic call to understand your situation and define the desired outcomes. The core of the program is a half-day or full-day team session—on-site or online, in English or German—where we learn, practice and implement mindful communication fundamentals and effective tools supporting conflict-resolution in order to take your team-communication to the next level. Optional follow-ups and/or 1:1 coachings help ensure integration and sustained progress. Suitable for teams of 3–12 participants and tailored to your specific context.

The curriculum includes, but is not limited to:

  • Communicating from the I-Perspective and Meta-Perspective
  • The role of assumptions, interpretations and generalizations
  • Identifying and communicating needs and expectations
  • Mindful listening and mirroring exercises in breakout-groups
  • In depths case-study analysis
